I am fairly new to TB and was wondering if this appreciation thing applies for people who shop at the outlet ?

As far as I know, no but depending on SA you should get presale access to the Black Friday deals. IMO, there were great deals last year. Certain shoes, belts, scarves, wallets and bags were priced at $99. I hope the same happens this year

This is how it has been for at least the last 3 years. My best guess is we will find out by this upcoming weekend. Both TB retail and the outlets have the tiered sale but only the outlets have the doorbusters.

I didn't spend a ton on TB.Com this year or in the stores (I think I got one pair of sandals at the store with my gift card for my birthday.) I did get a couple of things in the private sales and recently got the navy millers via the sale.

I need to get in with one sales associate at one of the boutiques (I am lucky enough to have 2 within 2 miles of my office...) and concentrate my spending there next year in order to get the extra $ and gifts. I follow the sales though so sometimes that means Nordstrom or Neimans or Saks is where my $ goes.

I didn't get a scarf but I received $200, last year it was $500! I kept checking it to see if there was a a catch to it, lol. I used it last year with the 30% off promo

I received a gift card even though I only make online purchases. So you don't need a SA.

I used to get Xmas gift cards in mail but nothing in mail this year. Only $50 through email. Did you still receive yours in mail? My SA recently left so don't know who to ask....
