This is an FYI- I was able to pre-order 2 pochettes today. I am in the US. I was not happy about the prices but I always buy something from the xmas collection and I did not want to have to resort to stalking.
Were you able to preorder on the website? I can’t even find the Christmas products on the website, much less preorder

I have a few #'s but foxy.lv has them posted on IG.
I tried to phone and pre-order one with the reference codes for the items I wanted and the SA said she couldn't take preorders. However, she added me to the waitlist and stated she would phone me on the day they are released to order the items I want.

I managed to order an item via CS over phone. I previously had enquired and they just called me asking if I was still interested and that I’d need to make full payment. I’ve purchased mines so need to wait until release date. I’m in London if anyone else in UK needed anything - try calling today and see if you can get your items.
I just chatted with someone at LV over text message and they said the holiday Pochettes have been discontinued? Has anyone else heard that?
I talked to CS earlier and the guy was able to put in a pre-order request so that's odd, but it's quite a hit or miss with Client services lol
Hi, new to this site. If I only shopped online and never had a sa would I just call customer service number to pre order and give sku number ? A little confused
