I am not sure. Last time I ordered online for a prelaunch (Escale collection), my SA sent me her link to pay in the afternoon (mountain time).
I can confirm that. My SA also sent me a link to pay for my Escale items in the afternoon. But I'm on the West Coast.

I was able to atb the Christmas Mini pochette in DE. Mono also seems to be available now too.
