it's a birthday gift from hubby! keeeep (unless there's something else at tiffany's you'd just LOVE to switch for)! I love short necklaces too, and since you have none you can now switch it up. although, if you really don't like yourself in short necklaces and can't get used to it, trust your own judgement! short necklaces can be unflattering on some people. (can't tell from your pictures, since it's cropped close! maybe a pic that includes your bust/jaw? from here, it seems you can pull it off, so I'm not judging!)

I think it looks great on you! You say you aren't used to wearing shorter necklaces, so maybe wear it for a little while and see if your opinion changes? I agree with mewt; it looks like you can pull off the shorter necklace, but I'd also like to see a pic that's not zoomed in so closely to get a better idea of the necklace on you.
you can always get an extender, I do that with a few of my tiffany necklaces, that way you can have them shorter when wearing higher necklines or longer when you want.

i think its beautiful. if you plan to wear it every day, a shorter chain is better imo. that way every time you bend over it doesnt hit you in the face. is it a diamond? its hard to tell in that picture

Thanks! It's from the tiffany's sparklers collection. It's the praseolite pendant. I got the ring last year for my birthday. It's a very light green. Very versatile and an unusual colour of gemstone. (At least I think...) I like that it doesn't scream tiffany's... I think I'm over a lot of the jewelry with the "tiffany" logo. My favourite necklaces that i have are the else peretti bean and floating heart and my key on the long chain. I find that I don't use my heart tag toggle as much anymore.
I feel like I have a very long decollet...(I think that's how you spell it..), a lot of space between my neck and bust line....so that is why I always tend to go for 18 inch. I need to try and find an extender. They didn't have it at the local mom and pa jewelry shop. Maybe on Etsy?

No problem hun! I'm still thinking about this....I know I picked it out with hubby, but still dobuting myself.... Has anybody seen any of those chain extenders on Etsy? I think that might help me love it more...
I love the sparklers! For my own reasons (no Tiffany in my country and not seeing the point of brand jewelry) I didn't buy a T pendant but ordered a similar one from my jeweler. Since I got it I haven't removed it from my neck! Green amethyst rocks.

Thanks! It's the praseolite sparkler pendant from TCO. I think that people also call it green amethyst. It's a very light green, so it's pretty neutral and goes with a lot of stuff. I've been wearing it with my diamond studs, and I think it looks fine.
I think I'm getting more used to the lenght now... It is kind of sexy being short, and just adding a bit of sparkle to the hollow of your neck....
