Thanks so much everyone! I guess I'm just a little intimidated by the luxury and the prices surrounding the Birkin. I really shouldn't get one at this point, as I'm in college and I just know it would get stolen, or I'd get robbed or something, but I'm on the stakeout for a Kelly bracelet and the Collier de Chien bracelet for now, just to whet my appetite. In my mind, Hermes is much better quality than LV, and I'm just in love with the fun colors and classic styling.

only carry the birkin if you feel safe to do so! most of the time it flies under the radar, just how i like it

Have only talked to her over the phone but she was so very sweet. Also, want to recommend Joe and Mark. They were great to work with as well. Love the fact that the staff follows up just as they say they will.
Jeez, by the looks of things, I think we have probably recommended the whole staff by now. Wish I could say that for all boutiques.

Just the fact that so many of them have been recommended gives me peace of mind to stop in. I also talked to a friend at dinner last night and he said the tall girl with dark hair is really awesome, but we weren't sure which she was, or if she even had dark hair. Anyway, thanks so much you guys. I love the H forum because everyone here seems so much more mature than on other subforums I've looked at, which btw, will remain nameless...
If she has a British accent, it's Krissy (sp?). Everyone on staff is excellent, so if you have a certain one in mind but are greeted by another, you will be treated well, don't feel disappointed.
agree about the Charlotte store and Darra..a sweetie for sure..always available for comments/questions...
