Can someone help me please .. I got the top handle bag and it has 2 lines/scratches inside the flap which you can see only in certain lighting...What do i do ? keep/return/buff it out

I got a 22s today that looks the same. My receipt says NH620. Starting to think what I got may not be accurate or is chanel producing them and just giving a different colour code per season. hmm
Beautiful. The color looks like 22S light pink but I am sure Chanel is out there to confuse us. Enjoy her!

Hi. Yes that was me. It’s a very subtle difference that I’m now doubting if Chanel actually gave me a 22s. The tag in store as well as the receipt does say so so I went by that. Chanel is playing tricks with my mind and eyes. I guess with the 22p flap delays It’s really hard to know. Okay! I need advice or help, but I’m confused?
I contacted an SA back on January 20th, 2022 about reserving a 22P mini flap bag with top handle in light pink. She had to me her store were getting 2 and I was getting the 1 of the 2. She said she wasn’t sure when they would arrive but would contact me once they did. Fast forward to this morning when I asked for an update she responded with the text attached. What does even mean?? Ive also attached the reservation that she had sent to me with my details.

I’d message her again and specifically ask about the status of the return. Maybe try calling the boutique itself and see if anyone else can help? Or try contacting customer service and ask for help?
Seems like a generic response. Can you specifically say to her you are waiting for x and what’s eta for x since you reserved on x. With the screenshot of the reservation.
