Sure, my main boutique is the one in Zurich but I have also been helped by an SA in the boutique in Grieder, Geneva. My friend has a very good relationship with an SA in the Geneva boutique who has also reserved things for her. Although up till now it has always worked out, if I want to be 100% sure that I will get a certain item I contact a really great SA in Germany who has also ordered things for me and hasn't ever let me down. I haven't ever reserved any shoes and the sneakers I wanted were the only thing that I didn't manage to get. But otherwise all the bags, small leather goods as well as belts and costume jewellry etc. all worked out. I agree with resellers not being such a big problem here. In Switzerland hardly anybody would pay these outrageous markups on hard to find items, which is in fact also a good thing. May I ask what you are specifically looking for?

I want a 22P light pink item, not 100% sure which yet. Waiting for more pictures… I tried to get the 21P light pink WOC and couldn‘t. I understand there was like 1 for the whole boutique but still frustrating.
When you contact your SA in Germany, do they send items to you (to CH) or do you go pick them up? In my experience in Germany SAs are more helpful, they offer to order items from different European locations and such. I believe it‘s just different policy and probably also has to do with it being EU whereas CH is pretty much it‘s own Chanel island.
FYI: These two bags are IT in terms of the colorway!

In Geneva they often have more bc the boutique is larger. The SA in Germany is indeed a lot more helpful and goes out of his way to help me. I am lucky as my mom goes and picks the items up for me since she lives close by. She also helped me get a contact in Germany in the first place

Aww thanks, I'm thinking about going via Germany for 22P since I'm there quite regularly and have a couple of SA contacts who I could try to activate.
