From what I understand, if you are interested in an item that is going to be in a lottery your SA enters for that item. If your SA wins, she can offer you the bag. The more popular the item, the more SA's that have clients that want it.

IDK about you guys but to me these look like two very different shades of light pink, first one looks peachy and the second one lilac... Chanel acting confusing once again!
Is ist possible that two different shades are being released with the WOC that looks like 21S being the same color as the heart bag?

It seems that getting classic flap bags are becoming very difficult indeed. Why is Chanel doing this?
Chanel wants to become more exclusive.
1) Can’t be exclusive if everyone has one.
2) The resale market has proven people will pay more than $8K for a small CF/11.12. That’s lost revenue for Chanel.
