I've been told that also by 3 different SAs at this boutique only. One told me it was bc a lot of people don't pick up their reserves and then the store also can't sell them.
From what I remember with Palo Alto NM, the SA said it's first-come first-serve, so to check in regularly. That having said, I was a walk-in customer without a purchasing history with her (I've shopped with different SA at that store and remotely).
I reached out to a NM Palo Alto SA for 22s and she said some bags were already fully reserved but maybe she was lying to me HAHA just wanted to throw that out there though (:

Both these swatches are in lambskin. Top is 22s nh620 and bottom is 22p ng750. *From these swatches* 22s is a bit beiger than 22p, right?
Oh, I was asking about an SLG so maybe that's why? Maybe they accept reserves for seasonal handbags? Can I ask who you are working with? I have a contact for Pedro, but the person I bought my CF was Ng, and the person that I keep talking to is an older lady whose business card i misplaced twice:/ she was super knowledgable.
Lol I like it. It’s not baby blue by my book. But it doesn’t seem to lean on grey or green or whatever here. Maybe I should just give up on the baby blue cf. I mean I’ve been waiting like 3 years and I’m getting tired of price increase lol
