I love this bag as well, but my friend bought it and returned it. She said the gold Chanel chain will not stay in the front of the bag. It kept falling to the backside of it. Not to deter you from it, because it’s a beautiful bag! Just thought I’d share.

Ahh that sucks to hear but is helpful. That would annoy me too! I wonder if it’s because the chain is so heavy with the stones!

Thank you so much for this information! What size did she bought? I see there are three sizes and the lenght of the chain is different. I wonder if they all do that!
But I think I wont get it, too much cons already.. Have to find something instead!

Just realized that I responded to the wrong person. The one in the Boston Newbury store is the same size as a classic square mini. The leather isn’t as soft, shinny and puffy as a classic mini. Here’s another member’s post on the same bag:

Just picked up my 22S heart yesterday, it’s definitely prettier in person. The color pink is not as light as I expected when I asked to be put on the waiting list 6 months ago. It’s still a beautiful pink, just not what I expected. I took some pictures throughout the day under different natural light conditions (before noon, around sunset, indoor) without any photo edits, it’s pinkies and brighter than Hermes Rose D’ete on swift leather (most color catching Hermes leather) and very close to the color of Hermes Rose Azalee.

One of my SA’s customer is looking to exchange her black for a pink. Should I exchange with her? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you! I think it is not worth the money with all those issues. Especially if the chains keep falling to the back and the quality isn't as good. I will try to find another white bag! :love:

I got the same bag and I'm keeping it since the color makes me happy. However, if I have a chance to exchange, I would exchange the PINK with the WHITE or BLACK. It's because this pink is very distinctive neon pink that I didn't expect at all, I usually like neutral pinks, and I'm not a color person at all. You should decide based on what your preference is.
