They are coming out with a raspberry hot pink for 22A… which means I’m in trouble LOL… especially when I said I wanted more ‘variety’ in my collection lol. I am still waiting for mine. I've seen a few forum members post their caramel classic flaps and they are in the US (both west coast and east coast). I think they are slowly trickling in. Delays are the thing these days with Chanel. People still waiting on 22P reserves. Most of the caramel pieces I've seen posted are the minis. I'm not sure how boutiques get their stock. If it's all at once or 1 or 2 at a time, or it depends. My boutique ordered 6 mediums, but only 1 so far has arrived.

I got my 22S card holder today - it’s not as beige as 21C which is a relief but maybe more on the red(?) side compare to 22P which has a little purple. Now let’s hope the cf will arrive soon in US.

And lighting is the greatest filter for light pink

I was so shocked I was able to find this at Selfridges today as I would thought they would long be reserved. I found the caramel small flap! I actually purchased a caramel mini rectangle from a reseller last year and will be letting go of it since I much prefer the double flap and versatility of the strap/4 grommets. This lambskin feels much sturdier.

Yes, the London location. The SA said it came in just yesterday. I think it's always worth checking (especially on week days when it's quieter), I found it upstairs in the RTW area. I'd also try Harrods 1st floor too.
