It’s faster to call Chanel customer service line. Give them the style code, they’ll tell you which colors are available. Tell them your size and they search for you. Very limited is all I know, they only had 1 available in my size so they connected me directly to the boutique. But also when it comes to shoes, they said unlike handbags, they can’t see dept store inventory so you can also try finding them in dept stores, if the stand alones don’t have them.

Just spoke with my SA and she said it’s very unlikely she’ll be able to get me the mini rectangular in caramel. I’m super disappointed since I contacted her first thing in October when I knew they’d be releasing it again for 22S. If anyone has an SA who may still be receiving one/has space on a reserve list please let me know. I know it’s late in the game, which is why I contacted her so long ago, but any help would be much appreciated

I wonder if she actually added you to the reserve list when you initially reached out. If that many people were ahead of you, she should have set that expectation early on. If there weren't that many back in October, why are there so many ahead of you now? When I asked about the caramel earlier this year (definitely much later than you), my SA said no chance of getting the mini because the list was so long already. She said she could get me a medium which was what I wanted anyway. Her boutique is getting 6 mediums, and I'm 3rd on the reserve list. If there was any chance that I would not be getting that bag (or any particular bag), I would want my SA to be open and honest about it upfront. Otherwise, that would erode any trust I would have with an SA. Like you said, you could have been working other leads. No one wants to be strung along and left scrambling at the last minute. Exactly! I wouldn’t have minded had she been honest earlier on and I would have asked around. Now I’m left feeling like I didn’t do the work early on because I felt confident she was able to get it for me. But thank you so much, hoping something works out!
Don’t mean to spam lol… but just wanted to quickly show what fits in the vanity I got in case if anyone is interested. It actually fits quite a lot… and it does fit an iPhone mini without having to position it diagonally. I took it out today and really enjoyed using it! Also including a size comparison to the mini hat box vanity from 22C (which doesn’t fit much lol).
So sorry to hear that. Is your store a stand alone boutique one? Im not sure how dept stores do reserves but i was on reserve and SA tells me upfront if im number one or list is too long. That way i dont get disappointed when one doesn’t come for me. My SA wouldnt directly say no if its 50/50 but if its impossible then SA will say it. I got the caramel/brown rectangular mini a gee days ago and reserved a last year as well. Personally id try a different SA or maybe if you are close w your SA you can say hopefully we would find out what number i am on the list or something.
I received the small flap bag today. I felt disappointed about the lambskin leather in the back and front which have many creases. The lambskin is not puffy and smoothy like my 22C mini rectangular beige. I just like the word “CHANEL” string. It costs $6K and has the same dimension with small classic bag. Should I return it and buy small cf?
