@jimmyshoogirl @protein_ @BettyLouboo
thanks everyone for your advice- just a quick update on how i went!
i was told because it was over 2 weeks (it was 1 month and 1 week since purchase date) they could not do an exchange and also because it was bought overseas they really couldnt do anything to help. the only other option was to quality check the bag but the store manager said even if she sent it to the quality team, she was almost certain they would not deem it as 'defective' therefore they will unlikely change it or fix it. she advised me to store the bag with tissue paper and store flat- and said maybe the wrinkle came from the bag standing up (with the CF being top heavy and gravity taking a toll over time) and that it might help.
I decided to keep the bag because I've wanted this bag for soooo long, and to be at peace with it- accepting it fully, and to see it as a special characteristic of the bag and stored it like
@protein_ kindly suggested.. i didn't really notice a difference after a few days but i decided it was fine and to just enjoy using the bag ....and then i came across a couple of youtube videos showing you could steam wrinkles out of lamskin!
i thought this couldnt be risky... but I just had to try it. I put a dust bag over the wrinkled part and put my hand under the first thin section of the bag to put pressure against on the wrinkled bit from underneath and ran the steamer over that section a few times and.....taaadaaaa the wrinkle has improved!! i am so happy. I then let it air dry and help it inside my fridge for a bit.
