My neimans SA confirmed my heart bag for pickup tomorrow morning. Their store only received 2 large black. She also said she had to take me off of the floor to a secret area for me to inspect the bag, per the manager. Interesting!

Someone somewhere is bound to have an SA reserve the wrong "dark pink".

They don't always pay attention to codes/style numbers in my experience...
