After selling 5 minis and m/l flaps. She has taken down her followers. People like tatyinthecity, and friends shouldn’t be tolerated. Chanel prices are already premium. We no longer need a middleman hiding as influencer for another premium fees

Needs to be reposted 1000 times. One of the resellers already got desperate and dropped her price before she ever even had the bag physically in her possession. Don’t buy, they are forced to either return the bags (which both puts stock out there for us to buy THE RIGHT WAY and diminishes the relationship they have with the SAs who are pulling strings for them) or sell them at their actual cost or less to recoup their spend. (I would not buy from them even then.) The other thing to do is LET THE STORES KNOW. There are enough of us here, we know what store gets stock of what htf bag on what day. When they post it for sale in a pic posted right after we find out that store got stock, we know where it was purchased. If we get them banned from all the stores, they are no longer a problem. Even if you get them banned from one store, maybe you get their name dropped from the next set of waitlists they are already on and someone here gets the bag they have been dying for. This is going to turn into an Hermès situation where you have to choose between spending 5-6 figures before being offered the privilege to buy a bag (to be considered a VIP in comparison to resellers) or pay double from a reseller if we don’t make a stand now.
I put myself on a few waitlists for the gold mini in square & rectangular when I first found out it was going to be coming out for 21P. I was lucky enough to get the mini square. Unfortunately, I’m tall so strap is kind of short for me and I really wanted the rectangular so I could wear crossbody. But since I was worried I would not be able to get a rectangular I purchased the square. Luckily I was able to get a rectangular so I was going to return the square. If you’re still looking for square let me know I would love someone on here get it rather than a reseller.

We all know the power of a movement!!! We know if we set our minds that we are not gonna provide breeding ground for these PS, they will become extinct. It’s not a matter of..... “ oh, I have the money. I can do it!!” It’s a matter of principle. Stop being freaking greedy and monopolizing the inventory for your own benefit!! When we buy from them, we are agreeing that’s ok for them to get our money. They are dictating the rules and telling us how to spend our money and we say yes to it. There’s a thread here for SA referrals only. We can reach out to SAs thanks for this community without using personal shoppers
Agree this needs to be reposted over and over again. The power is with us. As long as reselling is within the law, the only thing that will get rid of resellers is if we don’t buy from them and they have no customers. I actually wish TPF would shutdown all threads dedicated to resellers, Instagram shoppers, etc. We should not go to those threads or comment on them. I even wonder if we should post pics from resellers here, just giving them free advertising.

It makes me so mad because we hardly get anything good in Aus and then there’s people like her flaunting these hard to find pieces and adding exorbitant fees we already have a tough time competing with the VVIPs, I’m just a regular hard-working gal with a Chanel obsession
Yeah I think it might be her actual photo. My SA said they did have stock come in yesterday but it’s all been allocated.. I don’t know how they “allocate” bags but I’m sure their vip customers get first dibs. It’s been almost 2yrs since I’ve bought anything from Chanel boutique so my buying profile is hardly existent.. do you know if they just have like a set number of minis coming for the season or like they keep getting it depending on demand??
this! I have the same question....are the mini's allocated to SAs based on a lottery system?...because @ the chanel boutiques i shop at...they always tell me they only get a couple of the minis (for ex the 21p gold mini which everyone is after...) so i also wonder how they distribute the classic flap minis. is it really based on where you are on the waiting list or is it a random draw and the SA that gets it has a chance to offer it to their client?
I think what happens is first come, first serve? That is what I experienced with my SA. I tell them I want something, and they will say, "you are first on the list, and we are receiving so and so many amount," or something like that. From what I understand, the boutiques order a specified amount, and they come trickling in, and that is that. I am curious to know what the system is too. It's so hard to get any kind of minis now due to the PS/resellers. I asked about the minis this season, and my SA said they would put me on the list, but all of them are allocated, so people on the list will only have a shot if other people reject the bags. I think you have to be really quick and preorder to get these bags now.
Every store does it a little differently. Some do lottery, some do lists, some do lists but a VVIC can skip the list and bump you, some just sell the stock when it comes in.
Took your advice and called customer service to ask about the caramel in the mini or m/l. They said they might have a m/l in the Chicago store and gave me their number. I called the SA, and he said they got 2 today and it’s already sold... I asked if I could get on a list and he said there is no list smh. Chanel customer service said they’d also give my info to a Chanel advisor for the mini and that they’d contact me if available. she didn’t give me the location for that one because it’s out of my area or something. Whatever, probably not going to happen and if not I’ll save my money that way lol
I would love to know too. I’ve given up hope wit the rectangle mini, I’m open to cocohandle caramel now. But getting no response - any people in the uk who knows this information? I would much appreciate it. Just want one brown bag so bad.
