was you able to place an order over the phone?Have you tried placing an order now that boutiques are closed? I asked my SA right before they closed and she said def. no ordering through phone or WhatsApp during lockdown. Now I'm confused
I haven’t bought anything from Chanel since 2017 until the beginning of this year I made 2 phone orders for shoes and earrings. Anyone notice that you don’t get the actual paper receipt anymore? From the Chanel boutique, I placed the phone order in store since they didn’t have my size at that location and when it was mailed to me I only got the packing slip no receipt. And from NM, I just get the e-receipt from Chanel. Idk maybe I’m old school but I like paper receipts lol
Pre-ordered this and saved a little before the price increase, but disappointed when I received it. From pics I've seen on social media, it looks bigger than it is. And per the measurements, it should have fit my phone, but sadly does not. It really is just a glasses holder with a chain attached! Had it been just a tad larger, I would've kept it (also had it not had the defect on the flap). It's going back.

Glad you got a new one... that’s seems to be the case as well for the champagne gold... some come out with a shinier finish... I wonder why these ones are coming out that way... it’s not consistent... is the leather or the process or the dyes may have had 2 batches....Disappointed round two. Got my new silver mini because my first came damaged. Now the second is less sparkly. Ugh!! I’m starting to think I’m not meant to have this bag, is that dramatic? I’ll probably keep it anyway

Chanel might not release it in the US. I got my 20s yellow card holder in europe as it was not available in the US.
I do love the look of lambskin, but for my first piece I was a little worried about the durability. I'd definitely consider lambskin for my second though! And yes, this is the medium size. My SA from the Yorkville Chanel boutique in Toronto texted me saying she got this one in so I picked it up right away, as I was worried about the price increase. Hope you're able to find one!
