Hi my SA here in the UK has messaged me saying they have received the metallic mini’s but to move fast if I want one as they are selling quickly. Can anyone that has bought/seen them tell me how u feel about the leather? I’ve asked my SA but no reply.

As mentioned in my earlier post today, it doesn't feel as soft and potentially prone to being damaged quickly as previous iterations of metallic lamb I owned over the years. To me it feels sturdier, a bit like goat. But I don't know how the leather was treated so I can't be sure it will never rub off.
Gorgeous! I keep debating on whether I want the gold mini. Probably do not have too much longer to figure that out before they are all gone.
These days a Chanel bag really has to blow me away to purchase it for those inflated prices. I didn't hesitate a second in this case and I prefer my bags to remain in pristine condition. I rejected other metallics that were a lot softer after some bad experiences with metallic lamb, but this one feels different enough for me to risk it. It is stunning and I prefer edge stitching on Minis. I would have also taken the gold one but my boutique only got 3 of each in Rectangular, no Squares, and basically everything was already spoken for. Keep us posted on what you decide!
Does anyone have a sense of how well the Chanel 19s in lambskin are holding up? Have heard the goatskin from a couple of seasons back is more durable but shinier... I see the 19 as a more casual bag versus the CF, and would likely use it more... hoping it would wear well over time! As these prices, it's tough to pick anything but caviar!
I want it for sure. But I bought the WOC and I can’t keep both. I really love the WOC for some reason. I think part of it is that I’ve just discovered the mini WOC style and am lovin that - but that means I should just wait and get it in a different color because there will be more. But UGH.
Does anyone have a lead on an SA (any boutique, any dept store) that has an unclaimed gold rectangular mini?
I have been on a Chanel 19 whirlwind since the new year. For some reason, *cough*friendsandinfluences*cough* I started thinking about the Chanel 19 a lot. I have tried it on a couple of times in the Small size, and it seemed too little. As if the design of the purse was louder than its size. I decided to give it another shot, trying it in the Small and Medium (aka ”Large” on Chanel.com), and suddenly, the purse clicked for me. It was as if everything fell into place. Then I started combing TPF and Facebook groups for intel, and that led me to purchasing a 19 from 21P. I texted my boutique SA to put me on the list for the Brown CF and 19 Small or Medium, and luckily two of them came in on Wednesday. I also got to try a few other colors and took pictures for you all.
