My SA confirmed with me today that CF and the CCH are the same caramel color code.

Yes, my SA confirmed that the caramel color came in mini CF, M/L CF, and CCH. She didn't mention the 19 bag, but it is probably because I have told her I am not a fan of that style so she didn't mention it.
