I’m looking at the all black version of your black and gold! Just on the fence on how comfortable they are and how to style them. Also the Suede worries me! How are they wearing for you?
I absolutely love Chanel sneakers although just recently discovered them (January) and have 3 already. Two sport trail ones (beige and ivory) and the third one same like the one you got but in the tweed/gold combo from 19A!

I’ve never been a sneakers girl. I usually buy ballerinas. But recently I’ve been obsessed with them. I bought 2 in the last few months and I’m on the hunt for more. The beige ones and tweed ones in the previous posts are TDF!View attachment 4824295View attachment 4824294

I was the same. Used to own around 10 Chanel ballerinas but recently discovered the comfort and elegance of the sneakers as well so I sized down my ballerina collection and now working on the sneakers one lol

I find it very comfortable! I only wear it occasionally and so far so good. I wear the white and beige daily (rotate them) and they’re holding very well despite the light colors.

So....I managed to find the all black sneakers in the destination I was travelling to for holiday as it was sold out where I lived for months... I had a bit of a sizing dilemma - so I hope this helps others to learn from my lesson. So most of my Chanel ballerinas are 39.5 but they end up loosening (or my foot shrinks I don’t know) so I got my latest ballerina in a 39 as it was lambskin and my SA convinced me to give them time to break in. So I convinced myself that my sneakers must be 39 too.. and that they will stretch. Worse I tried them on at the store using the pop socks that they make you wear now - not thicker ones I would usually wear with sneakers (big mistake). I was wearing my (smaller-39) ballerinas at the time but I didn’t exactly walk a lot when I picked up the trainers. So when I arrived home (really far away from the boutique), my foot was very very
swollen from the ballerinas and my toes were in so much pain I needed ice. I thought let me try my new trainers to feel better .. and that’s when I started to stress out as I used ankle socks and with the swelling there was no space in the shoes and I can feel the front part of the sneakers hitting my already injured toe nail.

Luckily I called the store the next day and reserved The half size up and exchanged it (I was worried it was going to be sold out as I knew they had one the first time I went)

Moral of the story is listen to your foot not the SA.. ballerina sizing is different .. and that shoes are better brought at the end of the day as feet would have swollen thus having a better chance of a good fit

I will now enjoy this beautiful shoe and forget the hassle I went through :)

I have one pair so fair which are the white with chanel written on the laces and I’m obsessed. Super comfy and will def add
more to my collection later on!
I agree, I have the black version Of yours and they’re the most comfortable of chanel sneakers so far imo. I bought the black sneakers with the white quilted sole and they seem to be comfy but definitely not as cushioned. They sure are pretty though!

I bought myself a pair last Christmas and they proved to be my go to shoe this past spring since I was not going to the office due to Covid so I am so glad I had invested in a pair of Chanel sneakers - they are very comfy and true to size.
