I think you can try to call the chanel hotline and they can get someone to get in touch with you! I tried to reach out to Chanel to search for a particular item and they connected me to the Las Vegas store even though I don’t work with anyone there. One of the SA told me the sale has ended though... but I still got a brooch on sale from the Las Vegas store. Not too sure how it’s going to be

I got the luggage brooch! Try asking your SA again! I guess they were busy with the sale and the new collection coming up... they took quite a bit before someone contacted me.

Oh, that one is so adorable! That’s a great find. I believe mine was sold to someone else. I guess it gives me an excuse to see what comes out next

Sorry i don't have a contact for that store. I ended up buying the black pair of loafers - super comfy.
