Hi everybody,
I love the reissue bag in 226 size but I am having hard time finding a reissue that will work for me. I tried the black with RHW but the RHW didnt do anything for me so I ordered the black with gold but found it too dressy and didnt keep it. I was infact shocked that I didnt like the black with gold because I usually tend to gravitate towards gold tones in my jewelry. Now I ordered the so black reissue and got it 2 days back, but wondering how to wear it - will it go with silver or gold hardware, will I like the bag few years down the line?? I dress very casually - jeans with tshirts/shirts, midi skirts and Indian clothes for events. I dont know what is holding me back from any of these bags? What would you ladies suggest? Is black with black hardware a classic? Please help!! TIA.

It sounds like you are not 100% about the reissue style all together. I like the black hardware because it can go with either gold or silver jewelry. I’m not sure if the black hardware is classic but it is very sought after and hard to find when they offer it in any style bag, especially the mini timeless classic flap.

For the reissue or classic owners, do you use any purse organizer or liner to protect the lamb burgundy interior?
I have a 227 that haven’t used it since I don’t want to mess up the inside with car keys or spill from perfume or water or pen mark.
Any one use the purse bling or the divide and conquer from Etsy for their Chanel flaps?
Anxious to see what others use?

No, I didn't use any purse organizer. I used small pouch to hold the keys.

I use a Hermès Bastia for my keys.

I keep my keys in a Chanel 6 key holder and keep cosmetics, pens etc in a LV cosmetics case for the 227

Thank you so much for your response. I have, however, decided that I may not be able to match a lot of my outfits with a red bag so will not get it any more.
