Chanel Price Increase *please include location*

I love chanel, it is definitely the most represented brand in my collection. But why in god's name would they increase the woc to 2500? It's just way too much for what it is. A YSL woc fits more and is 1000 cheaper now. Also, let' not forget that square minis were just 2900 not too long ago and they are much more practical in terms of use. I'm glad I have almost completed my chanel collection because prices are getting to be too much.

I have heard there are more price increases coming. I was also told that new WOCs coming in are at $2500.

Well if the tiny WOC's are now $2,500 it would make better sense to purchase a mini. Plus your more than half way there for a Medium/Large classic!. For some reason I smell another price increase on classics sometime next year.
They are on a roll.

Maybe the price point of 2,500. is just for the WOC you all see online. Sounded a little strange to me. On the classics, prices at Chanel went up throughout the country in sync on November 15th which was anticipated for over 2 weeks.

Last Friday, December 8 i paid $2,100 for my new 18C red woc at Neiman Marcus (USA) I was so happy seeing the tag did not have the new price increase, especially since it’s current Cruise18 season & increases recently happened. Strange (but good)

I was in a Chanel store the other weekend and saw a nice selection of black caviar and lamb WOCs. I was happily surprised since these combos are often out of stock, maybe the stores have extra for the holiday season.

I would not be shocked to see an increase on the WOC. If I was looking for one, I would buy very soon.

Is the black woc the iridescent caviar with silver specks i.e. 18c?

I read on BragMyBag that Chanel WOC will be going up in January 2018. The classic WOC will go from $2100 to $2500. Boo!
