Chanel Mini Reissue Colours in 2021

Has anyone seen the standard black + gold mini recently? I called customer service but they said they weren't seeing any in the US.

There’s none in the US? I thought black is a color they always have (just maybe not in stock)?

I went To two boutiques today and asked the same question. Both SAs told me that it looks like a true rose gold. I’m assuming that means more pink than orangey undertones.

I was able to reserve 21A rose gold mini reissue. I use my 20P light grey mini reissue nonstop. I know I love mini reissues & their stunning chains. So I want them all really. Kidding.

I do see a difference in the colors of this bag: some are mostly orange-y pink and others are more true metallic pink. I so hope this unique beauty is more of a pink than orange. Does anyone have any intel on which color will it really be?

Yup they weren't in stock at the time that I called! My SA had said minis in general regardless of color are seasonal but it seems anecdotally that when minis do roll around the black option is always included amongst them. They're definitely coming back w/ the 21a collection.

I'm confused as well.. it kinda looks like goatskin? I was really hoping for caviar but in a more neutral color: grey, taupe, or just black..

I believe it’s silver. If I remember correctly, it would show “ruthenium” in the product description, not “white metal”. The leather is grained calfskin.

Grained calfskin = caviar! The finish does look a bit different, no pebbling like the classic caviar flaps. Hope we'll get more IRL pics !

I get what you mean but it’s definitely not caviar from the pictures. The metallic grain is finished differently I guess!

Does anyone have intel on a mini 2.55 in black and Ruthenium for 2021? I know Chanel had them in 2020 but I missed it!
I’m not a fan of aged gold since my 20P mini reissue got that “windshield” wear effect pretty quickly.

Thanks...yes I bought it and returned it. The chain is a matte silver in real life And the leather is grained calfskin though not pebbled like caviar. I think it would have looked better with ruthenium hardware so it would have had some contrast with the leather.
