Chanel mini handle crooked?

I actually exchanged my CF because it was crooked, so I'd tell you to exchange it. I think I'd let go of the bag altogether if that were the only one. It's a pretty penny to be spent on something that is going to bother you.

However, a tip if you're considering keeping it at all: Try stuffing the bag with some clothes/cloths and see if that solves the crookedness. If it works, it's more likely that something pushed the flap up a bit higher one side. If it doesn't, it's likely structural and just won't change.
If stuffing seems to somewhat solve it, I'd keep the bag stuffed for a day or so and see if that kinda readjusts the flap a bit.

I‘ve been browsing through photos of mini flap top handles to see how they wear/tear the past couple of days. Has anyone else noticed how the mini top handles have crooked handles on the resell market?

I believe the handles are hard enough which they shouldn’t bend under normal amount of pressure. Then why the variation in shapes and crookedness? Can someone explain?

I am thinking about getting my first top handle mini, and should I be concerned about handles being crooked due to wear and tear over time?

The handles are leather and are pliable so they can bend and get misshapen. Usually the stores should have tissue paper stuffed between the handle and the top of the bag to prevent that. The handle on my cube vanity is certainly not so hard that it will not bend if I want it to. I don't think there is a hard piece inside like plastic or wood, I think it's just more leather or some other kind of pliable material.
