I don't know why Chanel makes their straps ridiculously long! They can't seem to figure it out.

I think it’s made for tall people... unfortunately I am too short for many of the bags. The models wear it perfectly for them! The mini square is the only one that is perfect length for me hahah

HAHAHHAHAHA I am having the same dilemma. Except I cross out the lilac. It's really pretty but too lilac for me. The pic my SA send is true lilac IMO. I'm looking for more of a blush pink. Now I'm debating the beige chevon or wait for the 20C Collection and fingers crossed for a pretty color.
