Me too. Been waiting for Chanel to make reissue in caviar again. And this mauve color would be cool. I actually wish they will make taupe like 15B again

20A is Metiers d’Art but often said pre fall. 20B is Fall Act 1 and 20K is Fall Act 2. Hth

I find this very irritating here in the forum. On the official website of chanel Metiers d'Art is simply Metiers d'Art, the next collection is Prefall, they never call it Act 1, the next collection is Fall, never Act 2. This is often very confusing, how the names get mixed up.

Agree. This is often confusing. The metiers d’art is just metiers d’art. Don’t understand where prefall term comes from. xxB is Fall pre-collection and then xxK is Fall collection according to the website. There’s no prefall at all. But we call it differently in this forum, and also everywhere I guess like in IG too. Don’t really know why

Names in Chanel world are always confusing, that’s true! Moreover, after Coronavirus lockdown, info
arrives all together: on IG they mix 20A and 20B as well. I apologise if I post info or pictures about the wrong collection but it’s not intentional.

Well, Chanel calls its 'prefall' collection 'Metier d'art' which I believe Karl named it during his time. But it was originally 'prefall' collection, and it is special of Chanel that they do an actual runway show as not all the fashion house do the runway for prefall. (Some just do a presentation of looks or just release of look book to presses to show the collection)

We usually say prefall w/ Meiters because there are other items besides the runaway collection that come out during this period (May, June) Act I usually starts in July.
Also Meiters/Act I used to all be under A. The B (act 1) & K (act II) labels came later on.
