You’re right!!! I am wondering if I will feel like if is too tacky later on, or just get sick of it period? I have never had a reissue either, so that’s another conundrum.

and the craziest part is that two weeks ago my SA told me the mini reissue from 20A would be 3050 euros.
maybe that’s why there are rumors about canceling 20A altogether - if everyone cancels their order because the prices have gone nuts, stock may be harder to “get rid” of?
I was also thinking of the cruise show that was canceled in may, will they still have a cruise collection in stores this winter without having shown it to the public?
It is indeed crazy!! I rather save up for an Hermès bag at this point. Where at least I know that the brand has solid morals and values. Just a tasteless moves from Chanel, instead of being compassionate about the crisis we are facing at the moment, like it could even affect them in anyway. I mean they are a billionaire company they can afford the one month closure loss.
If everyone start canceling their order maybe Chanel will realize what a dumb move they made and decrease their prices again. We should all give them the message that what they’re doing is wrong. Probably most non EU country still have SS20 collection in. In EU was released pretty early so people got a chance to buy. Even though this last collection was terrible.
Cruise was postponed, they have everything ready for the show, they will just present it in another format. I just read that in Milan in June they will be presenting the shows via digital so it might include Chanel Cruise and also Dior
So I think we will have it. The problem is Couture (July)and SS21 (October) shows... most likely those shows will have problems.
Maybe even FW act 1. (20B) will be canceled to give space to the full production of the Winter 20K products.
