Very interesting, because my SA at Tyson's said they aren't doing reserves anymore & all reserves for 21A have been filled.

Who is your SA? I have been shopping there too and I’ve been alternating between 4 different SAs.

My SA at Tysons Galleria standalone boutique also called to say that 21A reserves have opened and put my name down on 3 bags. She told me there is a "list" and hasn't told me anything about lotteries.

I see.. I am also having trouble finding a SA that is genuine and consistent at Tyson’s. They seemed pretty responsive at first but they stop responding to my texts.

Tyson's is my local store and unfortunately I've had the same experience with unresponsive SAs. I've resorted to a utilizing a couple SAs across the country. If you want their contact, lmk. It's just unfortunate because I'd love a better local in store experience.

Thank you so much! I actually live in another state 5 hours away but Tyson is still the closest boutique for me. Since my family lives there, I visit a few times a year. I recently found an SA in Neiman Marcus that is 2 hours away from me that seems very nice so I am hopeful. It’s good to hear that another boutique is opening in DC soon!

I am surprised about unresponsive SAs at that location because I have an SA there too and she’s super helpful :/.

I had the same problem and went elsewhere to find a white classic flap, because I was disappointed in the level of service. However, my SA then texted me when the bag came in and I got it and was put on the reserve list for two purses for 21A. It’s not the best service but they do come through. I have found they just don’t respond til the bag comes in!
