Thank you @LilyLA :flowers: I really want a WOC (a big wallet) rather than a mini bag.

Was looking at the pricing - regular WOCs might be $2650 and Rainbow Hardware ones $3050?? Either way these price increases are getting a bit too much to swallow.
Yes- the pricing is getting so outrageous! I was on the reserve list for a black mini for 21p and thankfully it arrived on Tuesday so I was able to pick it up at the current price ($3800). I almost bought a small classic flap when I went to pick up the mini.....but I think that was just my “desperation to beat the price increase” talking lol.

At least you had the option to purchase a Small Classic - just before the last price increase there were none available

I want to keep the 21A on topic before I get warned. I am hoping that the CARAMEL (Brown) in caviar will be available in a WOC. My standalone boutique SA said they don't even have info for 21A as yet :confused1:

Yes it’s weird but I was told that many, if not most, boutiques already have their buy books. Some boutiques are purposely not saying anything about future seasons because they want the team to focus on selling current season and upcoming season products. Not jumping so far ahead. So for 21A, I’m guessing that’s what is happening at certain stores.

AND we get PUNISHED with another price increase because we choose to wait :girlsigh:

I am not in love with the color but here is mine! I may end up returning it, unfortunately. There is a lot of peach in the brown and it’s lighter than in these pictures.
How is the leather comparing to 21C or other series you know? Is the lamb soft? I agree, it's peachy tone. If I pay that much money, i will wait for the 21A real caramel in caviar skin..... lol just my thoughts :D

I must confess, I really don't shop at Chanel often so I don't know how it compares to other seasons. To me, it smells nice, it feels fairly luscious and soft and puffy. I think it's a good lambskin. The caviar looked a bit plastic-y to me, but perhaps I should wait to see it in person. I think this color missed the mark a bit for me because I was wanting something a bit deeper brown like the vintage classic flaps I see sometimes.

The brown has strong peachy undertone! I was going back and forth about getting this bag since I have K25 in gold and also beige Clair classic flap. Now I am going to pass.
Thanks for the pics!

Yes, vintage bags have a darker shade because of the patina. They were not that shade when first bought. I would say keep and enjoy the natural process of aging lambskin, but it's up to you! I appreciate good quality lambskin leather  This 21P shade will patina quite beautifully, and value will increase, I suspect, for this bag in years to come.

I also have a gold K25! I should definitely hold them up next to each other before deciding. I really do think this is a beautiful bag but I just don’t love the color. The lambskin is lovely.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! You are right about the color but I am trying to only add bags to my collection that I love, even if the value may increase in the future. Most Chanel bags, particularly classic flaps, will see their value increase with all of these price increases. I do truly love the lambskin and the bag is classic and pretty. I appreciate your thoughts and you’ve given me more to ponder.

Ooh please share comparison picks with your K25 gold. Would love to see the color comparison!

This is a great point about the patina that comes with use! I also have been on the hunt for the richer brown and found this caramel to be lighter than expected but it’s still beautiful.
This lambskin is also very thick and pretty durable compared to other lambskins. I guess I’ll have to push myself to not baby it so it can get that vintage brown I love
