So my SA had no clue about 22A purple (that deep royal purple shade). I had to send her a sample of the color as she said she hadn't seen it before?!?

Color code is N1690. And unless those SA are the ones actually placing the orders for the official boutique order/ allocation for VIP clients, they wouldn't know...
