I agree. It keeps getting worse with each pic. I want to believe that it’s the lighting but all 3 pics have been in different lighting and they are all horrifying. I’m so sad. The swatch and rendering pics showed my PERFECT beige. The real life version is not even remotely similar.

I agree with you with Chanel’s declining quality I have a brand new small classic flap from last year never been used and I only took it out of the box to try on several times and i’ve noticed yesterday that the side of the strap is fraying

And that’s ridiculous! They are supposed to be a “lifetime” investment piece (if you care for them properly). If the quality was still there I would be on board but annoyed…but it’s not, so I’m jumping ship. LV and YSL are two of my other favorites but they are following suite . My closet will be full of Gucci and Jacquemes (sp?)

Speaking of LV I went through 7 PSM bags before I found an almost perfect one. And even with that after 2 uses, the tabs started fraying. I love gucci too! No issues so far.

That’s crazy! I had a similar LV experience! I went through 4 mini boite chapeaus that were all sent straight from factory to me…. All had major issues! I finally found one, I purchased the piece, but I didn’t find it until two days after the price increase . I’m seriously thinking about focusing on Gucci, I’ve never had issues with their pieces and they are always so on top on things (In my personal experiences anyways). I just got my first bag from Jacquemes as well, and I absolutely love it. I’m looking at bigger sizes and colors as I type this .

Yes, it's truly horrible. Anyone knows if the 22B will have the same beige, or there is still hope?
