Same here. And I buy a lot - now I can’t get classics sent out OR reserve anything. I’m really sad actually.

She says they are still coming. The store I reserved with only got two. She said "soon" but I think they are being trained to say soon. The jumbos showed up week before last. There are several of us still waiting in the 22p thread. Join us in our misery lol

yes my SA let me know about the changes. Sucks. You can also still reserve shoes. Hopefully she can grab for me what i am interested in despite no reservation. Good luck

Can you share any other restrictions you know of. My SA just said it was still developing. Can purchase, just can’t ship for first two weeks.

Oh no! I also shop at Nordstorm and usually have items delivered since I temporarily moved far away from any Chanel store. I texted my SA about the upcoming collection last week but she didn't mention anything yet :confused1:
