Hi guys. I picked up my 22A green bag and cardholder . I added my other green flaps for color reference. I am obviously a sucker for green … hopefully I am done now!

Wow! I am a green bag lover myself, so I am so in awe of your collection. I was hoping the long awaited green would be caviar, since I trust myself more with caviar. Being lambskin I am skipping and going for the iridescent. It’s stunning though. Lucky you.

Yes, lambskin is definitely not for everyone. It’s high maintenance for sure. I buy all leathers and fabrics because I am okay with potential wear and tear.

I am sure they’ll release similar greens in caviar in the not-so-distant future so you’re right in choosing to wait so you buy what doesn’t stress you

22P doesn’t photograph well. Maybe that’s why it didn’t garner much attention online when it came out.

It is different. The 22A is one the left. I didn’t ask for the small to compare as it was a zoo on launch day. My SA was trying to help 5 people at once.

In real life, I automatically liked mine more. The 22A is more brown. Looking at the pics, I don’t know. Both have their appeal.

I have both the 21K (same as 21P) and 21A brown (slightly more pumpkin shade) small 19s and for awhile debated whether I can justify keeping both. Now this 3rd similar shade got me wondering if the new 22A is closer to the 21A or how it compares.

Chanel oh Chanel, do you plan to keep re-releasing NB356 with a slightly different tone each time just to keep us on our toes? I already gave up comparing the slightly different whites/off-whites all with the same 10601 code

The Chanel "never repeats a color" phenomenon is diminishing. Takes more than 20/20 eyesight to differentiate 22P pink from 22S pink at a glance, unless you put them side by side.

How many consecutive seasons did we see pinks now? Even multiple dark pink and light pinks in the same season. Well, at least the pinks have different color codes so you know they are supposed to be different.

Even if there is FOMO, it is to no avail given the new policies and dozens of hoops to leap through in order to get what you want

YES. SO MUCH THIS.
Also, 22C pink vs 22A pink.
But my eyes aren't as trained as some of the folks here. Only when it's side-by-side I realize I want the blue undertone pink.

Buuuut, it does give me hope that I will eventually land the pink of my dreams.

There were many on launch day at my store but we could only buy one bag and I passed. I took the purple caviar small cf and my hubby took a black top handle (only one they had) instead.

For some reason, I didn’t take a photo of the grey mini I tried on. My hubby told me to buy that instead of the purple but in honesty it was very boring. It’s not light enough and not dark enough. Feels muggy to me.

I do have a pic in slg of it that is pretty accurate.

Thanks for posting the pic! I can understand how it can be a boring color. I guess i'd have to see it in person to decide whether i'll like it or not. Today was launch day at my local store but they didnt receive the dark grey mini yet. Hopefully soon.
