I am voting for Rolex but perhaps a larger size. I have a vintage 26, and although they keep their value but won’t go up in price like how 36 or largers increase in value. Not sure if you ever want to sell or upgrade but something to keep in mind when people say it’s an investment not every Rolex is an investment, same way not every Chanel is.

The Rolex will increase massively on value whereas the Chanel bag will increase significantly. Get the watch but make sure you can to it over time i.e. change or update the bezel etc.
