I took my receipt for my 22C Beige Mini Flap into Harrods (I bought it online as my SA sent pictures and paid via bank transfer and she posted it to me). They took my receipt and registered it. They need your serial code and your name and then your get a confirmation that it’s been registered for a 5 year warranty.

Picked up my first mini reissue from the boutique yesterday - I was on the fence before with how the base and top wasn’t as structured as the classic but when I saw it irl I fell in love! Love the understated yet classic look and can’t believe this isn’t in the spotlight more! I definitely can see myself using this a lot more than my lambskin mini... which I still love but have to baby more. Thanks for letting me share

Oh that's so weird! I don't know why I was told I had to bring my receipt in. I had to enter a few details onto her iPad and she registered the serial number and then I got a confirmation message on my phone. Maybe it was because i ordered the bag from Harrods over the phone and paid via bank transfer, instead of going into the store to buy it.
I got a chanel coco handle in black caviar and champagne gold hardware in harrods. The stock was pretty good, they had the mini in black with the white stripe too. So many beauties..
