Does anyone know what the return policy is when buying from Selfridges or Harrods? I know that from Chanel standalone boutiques (e.g. New Bond Street, Sloane Street etc) it is exchange or for credit note only. I was also told that the credit know can only be used in standalone boutiques only and not at Selfridges or Harrods. Can someone please confirm this? Also is it the same at Selfrdiges/Harrods where it is exchange only or can they give full refund for change of mind etc?

Does anyone know if the trendy cc in small in easy to get in London? I'm debating between the trendy and the classic flap in medium. Also, which boutique do you prefer? I know chanel can have so-so service and would like to avoid rude sales associates as much as possible. TIA!
I don’t know about stand-alone boutiques but from selfridges and harrods it’s 30 day refund or exchange .I buy from them .
Thank you for your reply. It seems it’s better to buy from a department store then. I recently purchased from new Bond Street and found out it is only 14 day exchange only. Next time I will only purchase from Selfrdiges/Harrods.
It's been a while since I purchased from Harrods but Selfridge's I am definite ,as I purchase from Manchester ,infact t did just last weekend .Its 30 days .

I was chatting to my SA this morning, she confirmed a small caviar Classic Flap is now £ 4,820 and a classic caviar WOC is now £2060. I did not check the price of any other items.
