Went to Chanel boutique today and they are sending it out for repair. From what the SA can see the pin is actually broken partially off that's why it's not going flush against the bezel. I should have it back in 10-12 weeks.
Just a follow up on my j12. Just got it back today and they gave me a whole new bracelet for the watch. I was surprised they gave me a travel watch bag and a camellia on my shopping bag.
