Chanel inside Neiman Marcus has usually classics in stock. So it's worth a shot. Located at Fashion Show mall. I do all my business there since it's not that busy and I have a great SA.

You may want to consider going to a few stores to actually speak with an SA in person. If you don't have purchase history, just a phone call likely won't suffice.
