Hi Matangi- Im on vacation in Berlin now. Not sure why but KadaWe has been closed for 2 weeks. Try the location in Kurfurstendam.

Good question! The SA I spoke with at the other location wasn't sure either. She actually works at KaDeWe but was relocated to Kurfurstendam when I was there Mon. She said she will be on vacation for the next 2 weeks.

Btw the KaDeWe boutique was flooded by the kitchen on the 8 floors down to the beautiful boutique. They are closed and still not clear when they'll reopen, as everything was damaged.

However the nice women took all information from me and told that some SA will contact me soon. But none called. I don't have experience with shopping at KaDeWe. Could you tell if this is their standard procedure?
