GST is still considered as a classic by many many people. I bought mine exactly 10 years ago. I still remember it was only 2900USD - cheaper than today’s 19 WOC. Dior saddle was considered a classic for Dior but before Maria brought it back, the saddle bag was sold at around 500 dollars in preowned market. Now it is priced at 6X to 7X higher (around 4X to 5X if it’s vintage). Expect a much higher price point if they do bring GST back.

Also, mini bags are still the trend for now. Unless big bags are making a comeback, I personally don’t think they will re-introduce GST and add it back to the lineups. Similar designs may show up as seasonal pieces to test the water, but probably won’t be sold under classics.
