I’m in Canada and was told they are not allowed to do any transfers the 2 weeks after a new release. Maybe it’s the timing of your request??

Yes exactly. They are not allowed in the first two week. They told me otherwise the boutique will be empty and the clients should have the opportunity to see the new collection in store. Which makes sense in my point of view.
Yes and I told her that I am happy that they did the 60 days restriction. I think chanel should not be considered to be fast fashion that's why it is sufficient to buy only one bag within 60 days.
