I am so confused and on the fence about the dark gray 19 since I have seen some pics here which were too dark for my liking, but my SA just sent me another pic he said he took of someone else’s reserve, bottom. I am next in line. It is confusing that the pics are sooo different including the swatches too.

Dark grey is sure messing with everyone's minds this season. According to my SA my bag will be arriving "very soon", no idea what to expect...
The 1st and 3rd pictures look a smidgen too light for me, and the 2nd one - a smidgen too dark, so if the truth is somewhere in between I should be ok.

It is a bright red. Here are photos of the classic flat cardholder (red caviar) and 19 (red lambskin).

Thanks! Honestly, hoping it is lighter then, closer to the pic he sent me. I guess I just need to wait and see and stick with my guns and decline if it isn’t really what I want.

I think there are two different grey coming out. I remember there’re grey and dark grey when I was reserving. One of the pic you posted looks like the lighter grey
