Hello! New here to please excuse any dumb questions ahead!

I am in search of a specific bag for my wife, and it seems to be part of the Fall/Winter 2021/22 collection. She has already reached out to a place, who told her "it was released early this year and is sold out." But from searching, it seems as though it was released fairly recently?

The bag in question is "Grained Calfskin & Gold-Tone Metal Gray", and before I call around I wanted to check with ya'll here to see if that response she got was correct?

21B (FW Act 1) was released in July, 21K (F/W Act 2) was released in September, so I wouldn't call it "recently"...

We're almost here with 22C release already, so I imagine only the least popular items from 21B/21K would be still in stock (especially with the upcoming price increase)

Are you referring to the grey caviar Classic flaps? If so, there were light grey (21A) and dark grey (21B) both with light gold hardware. It is very likely that they are already sold out. You might still be able to find the dark grey as it seemed to be less popular.

I think this bag is part of the 2020/2021, page 1 had pictures for this. I'm also a newbie, went in store with pictures I found online and was told they were all past seasons haha... I think for permanent items (like classic flap) they restock, but I think that bag was seasonal. Reading through the other forums, it looks like the next season is coming into the boutiques 11/9 for U.S, and 11/12 (?) for Germany? "Chanel Cruise 2021/2022 (22C)" should be the new collection coming in, so you can look up that thread for pictures! If you see anything you like for the new season, maybe you can try call ahead and ask if they can reserve? Or just walk in to see what they have, because I think the more popular items are already pre-reserved for their current clients.. Luckily the SA gave me her # and said she'll text me if the bag I want comes in.. but she'll probably offer the bag to her top clients first, and if I'm lucky I'll get it >_<..1636178182375.png

hi ! Sorry I know this is a while back post, but I’m wondering how you’re enjoying your pearl crush woc? Is it the same size capacity with the turn lock as the classic woc? I’m debating on picking one up today! Any input is greatly appreciated! ☺️

I love my pearl crush woc! My favourite function is how versatile the length of the woc can be. I don’t have a classic woc myself, but from watching YouTube videos, it looks like the same capacity and interior as the classic woc. Hope this helps!

Hi I pass on this item a while back in July because of the hardware prefer gold, size was only offer small and color of interior black instead of burgundy. I don’t think this bag is still available at the boutique but you can call customer service and inquire about it, sorry I am unable to assist you.

Give up if you can.. your wallet will be very happy. Other than the puffiness, I noticed for this season, the quality of lambskin also differs with colours. The black had sturdier lambskin and seasonal ones like pink or light purple felt squishier. It felt kinda odd but Chanel has trained me well to look out for such fine differences - down to the shape of the flat head screws behind the turn lock. It’s a star shaped screw for the rose gold hardware vs the usual single line screw for other usual hardwares. Don’t even ask me how I got to this stage.

Tiny Singapore and we only have two boutiques here :smile:
