Extra mini flap is like a half of thickness compared to regular mini, which I actually like better. I would have gotten it if I hadn't purchased light pink mini in March this year. The color almost looks same in pictures.

I’m drooling over the brown one in small not mini but price is 7k+ after tax and I can’t justify this price tag for a seasonal winter bag. It is beautiful nonetheless but also don’t know about the wear and tear of shearling. And if I moved back to Dubai it will collect dust in my closet but it’s living rent free in my head nowadays

Literally….if they’re not going to make as many classic minis because they want people to focus on buying classic flaps I wonder how that will shake out in the upcoming collections.
Yeah I personally don't like how the edges pop out and not cinch in like classic minis or classic flaps. I am going to purchase a couple more minis preowned before they become harder to find and preowned prices go out of control.
Are this year’s Pearl crush minis as sturdy as last year’s 23k ones? I remember the ones last year as being much more sturdy vs prior Pearl Crush minis that are quite soft & squishy, esp the base…

Yes! They are constructed pretty much like the classic mini now. The lambskin is much sturdier now and the bases are firm now.
The ball adjuster mechanism on the one I tried on was stuck, and my sa had to forcefully pull the chain through. She said that was normal
