That’s disappointing for the peeling to happen after just a couple days. I would understand if it’s over a couple of years and that would be considered “wear and tear”. You might want to consider a full refund instead of getting it repaired.
I’d definitely take it in. May be worth asking if it’s included in the warranty
Purchased this beauty few days ago. but I noticed that it has lots of peeling on 1 side of the strap near the clasp of the bag where you adjust the length of the strap. The other side is perfectly ok. Love the bag, so sad that this happened. Will have to bring the bag back for further assessment to see what they can do. Anyone else faced with this issue?

My brand new classic flap (lamb skin- iridescent) does this! The creasing makes my skin crawl! But it goes back to normal as soon as I close it. Same with my lamb skin tri-fold wallet. The wallet has kept up surprisingly well- so that’s only indication that lamb skin can handle it.Maybe im being too picky or its the way it creased since its in iridescent on caviar leather. I feel you! I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who have brought this to Chanel’s attention. You would think that they would fix this issue- no bag this expensive and “quality” should crease. I had bags (which I've since returned for other reasons) that creased like this and the SA told me it's normal. I noticed the caviar was softer and shinier on those bags and the same amount of creasing isn't noticable on the more thicker/matte caviar. Hi, I wanted to share what I picked up last night. SA was able to locate at another store and have it transferred in. It’s the larger version of the pink one on the Chanel website. It’s a little smaller than the small 19 and just as squishy. Thanks for letting me share!

It's a beautiful iridescent colour actually. So very rare n so hard to come by . I doubt this colour is ever in Sg . Perhaps u minimise the opening of the bag. I have a iridescent lambskin woc and it doesnt crease like that which is why I decided to bring it back to the boutique. Yes i agree the lambskin is holding well
Yea I would expect a little more effort when it comes to leather and unlike H, they dont provide any bag spa service (if im not wrong).

My SA haven seen this in SG so I guess they didnt bring it in. The CS actually told my SA that I should refrain from opening the bag too wide, I tried to show her that it's kinda impossible not since it crease even with little effort
My SA even agree with me and asked if I want to bring it in for the repair department to have a look. But since they have said that its normal for such leather, I dont think it will make any difference I love the colour of the bag and hope it will aged beautifully. I didnt asked about moisturizing, do you guys do that?
Did anyone see any denim bags, woc, vanity bags for the 22B collection? A couple of Sa could see the buy for their store/boutique but nothing. Crickets about this collection. Hirshleifers confirmed they purchased and they believe the line was canceled.

Yes hopefully! My local store only got this one. I may or may not go get it but I don’t like that it doesn’t have actual quilts. I was really waiting for this one
