My SA can still request transfers. Apparently it’s a long process, there also may be multiple requests from multiple SAs, and a lot of stores want to keep inventory for their local clients. From my understanding t’s just difficult to make happen. I’m not sure if the status needed for transfer requests but because the process is so long you must have a good relationship with an SA for them to want to take the time to do it.
