Has anyone been able to reserve with the SAs? I have reached out to two and they said they dont do reservation anymore

Does anyone have a bag photo of MJ529 dark red? It looks like deep bordeaux but I'm worried to turns out to be cherry red.
Apparently no caviar dark red in SLGs, only lambskin...what a bummer 
Exactly my first thought Im far from purse peace..but feeling constant pressure because of FOMO, and it seems like every time I look at a bag it’s gone up significantly. The reasons I enjoyed fashion and bags/shoes in the first place is really being destroyed by all this bs.
I’m right there with you! I just can’t with Chanel anymore. I have some 22a holds ….but enough is enough. Their service has been horrible and bags are impossible to find. I called Dior to get a tote from last season. The sa connected me to a store that had one left instantly. The call transferred and the sa answered the phone!! I paid for my bag and it will be here tomorrow. I need this level of ease when shopping lol. Or maybe not. The lack of ease limits my buying. Glass half, right?!
I called BVLGARI about the FW serpentine clutch releases, and OMG it was the best customer service experience ever and she is watching for the two bags I want personally-she’s even checked in with me. I will be taking a Chanel break too. I wish we could all collectively agree on shopping at only boutiques that have had only/normal reasonable increases lol then they’d have to rethink their strategy. If only!
It’s so refreshing going to other boutiques and getting great customer service and the exact bag you are looking for. It almost seems like I’ve been in a toxic relationship
Admittedly I really do like my two Chanel SAs and if they reach out to me with something that I like I’d totally get it. However, the policies and inconsistencies are beginning to be too much.
