I think it contrasts the bag pretty well. I’m a bit biased though. If I imagine the bag with gold, champagne, or silver hardware - I think the color would be blending in or saturating the color. I think this is stunning with the black hardware.

Also, yes this typically will show “Black M” and this is definitely not the plastic like hardware I’ve seen on an older black on black 19 (the chain was very plasticky and lighter like the yellow chains you can buy at Home Depot).

Has anyone seen the Small Perfect Fit flap in Black? My sa has the pink, but I really really want the black! It's sold out at NM. top bag.

I saw the pink in person and it really is gorgeous! Didn't realize it comes in black too. You can also hide the ends of the straps inside if you want it to look a bit neater

It really is perfect! Hand held, shoulder and cross body and even a clutch. Yes they had black. I just realized this was the bag I tried on in December at BG nyc, I should have pounced then. The pink I saw was a blush pink, but I already have 2 blush pink bags. UGhhh. Can you share where you saw the this pink? TY There is a purple too!

This definitely felt darker than a blush pink! Saw it in Venice over Easter weekend.
