Chanel Cruise 2021/2022 (22C)

I was just in the Chanel boutique a few minutes ago. I inquired about a couple bags from this collection 22C and she asked me how I knew the colors... I said I had read online from various blogs/websites that show photos from the collection. the SA was quite rude and told me there's no way that information could be accurate. I asked her "ok, then when can I find out about upcoming release dates and how do I put my name down for a bag". Then she tells me that all the waitlists for 2021 are full already, and so are the ones for 22C. Her explanation made no sense, if there's no way to find out information online about upcoming releases, then how are people already putting their names down for bags then?? So incredibly frustrating!

What is the secret to getting on a waitlist for a particular bag? I just want a classic flap in any shade of brown/tan/beige, but would also be open to any fun seasonal color. I guess I'm completely out of luck for 22C, so now I have to wait for 22P lol. This is getting insane!

I know..just venting about a poor experience today. I guess I was just hoping that the SA would have been a little more helpful.

This is so sad and shocking, when you look at the amount of money we’re spending on Chanel, the service should be top end. Not good enough. Maybe try another store / SA?
