Hi Ladies, so I just found this bag in store, it’s from the 22c collection. The photos did not do it justice. In my opinion it looks very different from the catalogue photos. What do we think?

It’s beautiful! The color distribution is different on each bag which is why it doesn’t look like the other photo.

I’ve seen the mini pic from my SA and liked it too! Didn’t like it from the stock photo. And I think this beige/gold cloudy ombré looks much better than the grey/green one!

I’ve called chanel customer service and was told it is sold out everywhere.

I even tried calling all boutiques and department store. Like 20 phone calls but no one has it!

has anyone seen the mini duma backpack from 22c in black in boutiques/dept stores? I’ve been trying around for awhile now and no luck

Just want to share that I got the mini grey rectangular flap It is a warm grey with a very light tinge of green. Here, I have compared it to my coin purse from 21A to show the difference.

Sorry to hear! My guess is that they’re sold out. I got this mid-Nov and returned it because it was too small on me (I’m 5”8), but it sounded like it was in hot demand back then and would be re-homed quickly. I hope one turns up for you!

They're actually from 21A (pre-fall). I have them and they run TTS. The ref code from my receipt is G38147X0100040. Hopefully that'll help you find them!!!

I requested mine from my SA on Nov 5th. She located the pink (which ended up looking like a ruby red) by Nov 15th and I passed and got the Black on Nov 23. It’s possible that others requested theirs last month as well?

I finally found the duma backpack. My SA literally just got only one in store yesterday. She called me immediately and i paid for it. Went to pick it up today and I am in love.
